Abstract:
The polyoxyethylene Methyl glucoside ether was synthesized with self-made modified glycerin as solvent. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: temperature 150-175 ℃, solvent 15%, catalyst NaOH dosage 1%(all based on the mass of raw materials), pressure 0.2-0.3Mpa, fully stirred.

Abstract:
The technological characteristics of the synthesis of Methyl glucoside polyoxyethylene ether by solvent method and solvent-free method were studied. The conclusion was: ① the suitable operating conditions of solvent-free method: NaOH as catalyst, dosage 1.0 ﹪, reaction temperature: 170~175 ℃, reaction pressure: 0.2~0.3MPa, stirring rate: 200rpm; Suitable conditions for solvent synthesis: NaOH as Catalyst, the amount of 1.0 ﹪, modified glycerin as solvent, solvent: Raw material = 1:7, reaction: 150~160 ℃, reaction pressure: 0.2~0.3MPa, stirring speed: 200rpm;② according to the characteristics of polyoxyethylene Methyl glucoside ether, a set of feasible test methods for product composition was found out, and the self-made products were compared with the imported products, and the results were not inferior to the similar imported products.
